Neurobehavioral Testing
What is Neurobehavioral Testing?
Neurobehavioral evaluations are typically recommended by a healthcare professional because of concern about a problem in cognition, including problems with memory and processing which may interfere with daily life. Neurobehavioral evaluations provide insight into the cause of problems in memory and thinking and may significantly help guide treatment and offer an opportunity to learn about strategies and support that may be beneficial.
The assessment consists of an interview and the administration of standardized tests. The assessment typically involves pen and paper tests. Testing can take up to 2.5 hours.
